BURNOUT
After I burned out from my last profession I was consumed with WHY.
Why did I burnout?
How was I at a point where I was ready to walk away from a successful 27 year career?
After spending 5 days with healers and therapist I learned some valuable information about myself in terms of WHY I make the choices I do. I was then challenged to lean into a self care strategy and watched first hand the many different ways my life started to make sense again. I created Learn from People who lived it and started taking the podcast and movement on the road to present to companies like Willmeng, Banner, Panera Bread, Kyrene School District, Cobalt Ed, and Durango Detention Center.
